This is a traditional Hatha yoga class, all levels catered for. Consists of Asana (movement) followed by pranayama (breath) and relaxation to finish.
Sessions are held through the school term.
- Tuesdays 5.30-6:30pm
- Thursdays 9-10am and 5.30-6.30pm
Casual session fee $15 per person.
Summertime sessions are in the gardens at the reserve.
